Terms & Conditions
LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply when you hire Abdullah Waseem (AbdullahWebDev) for website design, development or related services, and when you use this website.
Services
I design and build websites with WordPress and Elementor, including business websites, WooCommerce online stores, redesigns, custom features, custom themes and custom plugins. The exact scope of each project is agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work starts.
Free Homepage Preview
Where offered, the free homepage preview is a no-obligation design sample. It stays my design work until a project is agreed and paid for; it may not be copied or used elsewhere without my written permission.
Quotes & Payment
- Every project is quoted individually after I understand your requirements. Prices are confirmed in writing before work begins — there are no hidden charges.
- Payment schedule and method are agreed in writing before the project starts.
- Third-party costs (such as a domain name, hosting or premium plugin licences) are yours and are arranged in your own name wherever possible.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide the content, images, logins and approvals your project needs, in good time.
- Make sure you have the right to use any material you give me for your website.
Ownership
When a project is fully paid, you own your website, its content and your domain. Custom code written specifically for your project is licensed to you for use on that project. Sample and preview designs remain mine until payment.
Revisions & Support
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included as described in your project agreement. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is done.
Liability
I work carefully and professionally, but I cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales, and I am not liable for losses caused by third-party services (hosting, plugins, payment providers) or by changes made to the website by others after handover.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published on this page at the time your project is agreed applies to that project.
